[Press Release] Officials from the Hawaii Department of Education Visit Busan Computer Science High School

 

  Hawaii Department of Education officials visited Busan Computer Science High School on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 11 AM. The visit aimed to explore a sisterhood program and student exchange programs with Seonhwa Educational Foundation, including Seonhwa Girls' Middle School and Busan Computer Science High School tours.

 

 

  During their visit to Busan Computer Science High School, the delegation from the Hawaii Department of Education, including principals from Niu Valley Middle School (Laura Ahn), Aina Haina Elementary School (Brendan Burns), and Kamiloiki Elementary School (Jason Yoshimoto), along with three vice-principals and six teachers, observed classes.

 

 

  They visited various facilities such as the Applied Programming Lab, 3D Printing Production Rooms (Product Manufacturing, Printing, Processing, and Industrial Facility Rooms), eSports Club, general lecture rooms, Robot Software Development Room, and AI Lab.

 

 

  Busan Computer Science High School's principal, Noh Hyun-ho, stated that this visit would enhance the student exchange program between the Hawaii Department of Education and Busan Computer Science High School, fostering an educational program that promotes cultural understanding between the two countries.
