The obligation is no good.

I think, in practice side is error what college of Liberal Arts germany students has to do in foreigner’s university a semester of obligation. Because of, the germany government makes not competitive condition students. Competitive condition students has not obligation. Only wanted students. Of course to have supported students is high rank of a field in the university.  In korea, government give money with only wished students what they go to foreign country. It is not obligation. University supports some airplane fee for students, and use exchange program for the losing education foundation. Therefore, the students bears losing expensive. Evertything is freedom through supported money. Not Obligation. Also, Govermant has advantage and useful, because of supports wishing students to go to the foreigner country. Germany government must send wished students through support money. If it is not, Germany students have not interesting and learning in the foreigner country. To have not foreigner experienced students are competitive power worse than enough learned students. So, Wishing students want a global leader and have global competitive. And each other competition for more more supported money. I am learning germany’s culture merit. And I had learned their merit in china and a third country. Tour and for student program are different. Obligation and free are surely different. This is not for my country. This is to learn for win from the other people. The obligation is no good.

p.s  독일 마부르크 대학교 인문대학 학생은 의무적으로 6개월 이상 해외에서 무엇을 하던지 간에 일정 학점 이수를 해야 한다. 그런데 학교에서는 지원 해주지 않는다.
